Our Staff
The pediatric dental office of Drs. Noonan,
Brockman and Pollock is a specialty practice
that focuses on the oral health of infants,
children and adolescents, including children
with special health care needs. We have been
serving the community since 1972.
A pediatric dentist completes four years of
dental school plus two to three years of
specialty training. We focus on prevention,
early detection and treatment of dental and
oral diseases by keeping current on the
latest advances in dentistry for children.
Treating children requires special equipment,
extra time and explanation. Drs. Noonan,
Brockman and Pollock help children develop a
life long trust and confidence in visiting
the dentist. The young patients receive
quality care while learning how to care for
their dental health needs.

Dr.
Noonan attended Xavier University and
graduated from Marquette University College
of Dentistry in 1969. He completed his
specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at
Marquette in 1971. Dr. Noonan
completed the additional examinations
required to become a Diplomate and Fellow of
the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in
1988.
Dr. Noonan is past president of the Ohio
Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Keely/Butler
County Dental Society. He received the
Cincinnati Magazine "Top Dentists" Award for
both 2009 and
2010.
Dr. Noonan and his wife, Jackie, reside in
Middletown and have three children and four
grandchildren. Dr. Noonan enjoys
playing golf, hiking, skiing, photography
and spending time with his family.

J. Brockman, D.D.S.
 Dr.
Brockman graduated from St. Louis University
in 1983 and from the Ohio State University
College of Dentistry in 1987. He
completed his specialty training in
Pediatric Dentistry at Columbus Children's
Hospital in 1989, serving as Chief Resident
his final year.
Dr. Brockman joined Dr. Noonan in practice
in Middletown in 1989. He is past
president of Cincinnati Children's Hospital
Medical Center Dental Staff.
Dr. Brockman and his wife, Beth, reside in
Middletown and have six children and two
grandchildren. He enjoys boating and
holds a U.S. Coast Guard Captain's license.
He is an avid photographer, likes to travel
and enjoys spending time with his family.

Matthew P. Pollock, D.D.S., M.S.
 Dr.
Pollock graduated from the University of
Dayton in 2000 and from The Ohio State
University College of Dentistry in 2004. He
completed his Pediatric Dental specialty
training at the University of Michigan in
2006, receiving both a certificate of
completion and a Master of Science degree.
Dr. Pollock joined the practice in 2007.
Dr. Pollock is currently on staff at
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical
Center and has attained privileges to
provide specialized dental care for those
children in need of general anesthesia in an
operating room setting.
Dr. Pollock and his wife, Erica, reside in
Springboro and have one child. Dr.
Pollock enjoys playing golf, hunting,
fishing and spending time with his family.

Virginia -
Dental Health Educator & Office
Manager
Virginia has
been with the practice for 25 years
as the Dental Health Educator and
Office Manager. She has a Bachelor
of Science degree in Biology with an
Education minor from Brooklyn
College, University of the City of
New York. Before joining our staff,
she taught high school Biology in
Brooklyn, N.Y. Her husband's job
transfer in 1966 brought her to
Middletown, Ohio where she taught
preschool for 18 years. In 1985, she
started a new career as a Dental
Health Educator, a position she
truly enjoys. Her favorite times are
when she is visiting classrooms
teaching children how to take care
of their teeth. Virginia is
available to speak at
nursery schools, elementary schools
and mother's clubs. In her free
time, she enjoys playing tennis,
knitting and spending time with her
four grandchildren. |

Professional Relations Coordinator

Practice
Administrator
Beth is our
Professional Relations
Coordinator and our Practice
Administrator. As PRC, she acts as
a liaison between our office and the
offices of our referring doctors.
Beth's goal is to ensure each
patient receives the highest quality
of care and that each patient
experience is a positive one.
Being a mother of six and
grandmother of two keeps Beth busy.
In addition to spending time with
her family, she enjoys flying,
travelling, reading, and embarking
on new challenges and adventures.

Fran - Account Manager
Fran has been with our practice
since 1981. She has loved watching
the patients grow over the years and
enjoys seeing them come in with
their own children now. |

Emily - New Patient Coordinator
Emily has
been with the practice for two
years. She graduated from Monroe
High School in 1996. She is our New
Patient Coordinator and a trained
Dental Assistant. Emily enjoys
spending time with her three
children, reading, music and
theatre.

Anna -
Dental Hygienist
Anna graduated from
Lima Technical College, the Ohio
State branch in Lima, Ohio. In 1983,
she achieved her AQP license from
Sinclair Community College. Anna
joined our practice in 1985 and
loves working with children. She
resides in Lebanon, Ohio and has
three children of her own.

Shelley -
Dental Hygienist
Shelley graduated
from Madison High School in
1983. She earned her Associate
Degree in Dental Hygiene from
Raymond Walters College in 1985 and
joined our practice the same
year. She enjoys working with
children, teens and young adults.
Shelley resides in Lebanon with her
two sons. In her free time,
she enjoys running, skiing and
watching her boys play soccer.

Beth has been a
hygienist in our practice since
1995. She graduated from Monroe High
School and earned her Associate

in 1987. She resides in Lebanon and

Cindy has been with
our practice for 18 years. She is a
graduate of Middletown High School
and earned a degree in Dental
Hygiene from Owens Technical School
in 1980. Cindy resides in Liberty
Township with her husband and two
children. She enjoys spending time
with her family and helping with
Special Olympics.
